  • Manage directors and shareholders

We are not accountants or tax advisors. The Service provides tools and calculations based on publicly available HMRC guidelines. It does not constitute professional tax advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax returns and should consult a qualified accountant for complex tax matters.
4. User Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
  • You must keep your login credentials secure
  • You must comply with HMRC filing requirements independently
  • You must not use the Service for illegal purposes
5. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our tax calculations, we cannot guarantee they are error-free. Tax rates and thresholds are based on published HMRC guidelines for the 2025/26 tax year and may change. Always verify calculations with HMRC or a qualified professional before filing.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods (see our Privacy Policy for retention details).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to penalties, fines, or interest charges resulting from tax filing errors.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
